GENERAL SHIPPING INFORMATION

We typically process and ship orders within 5 business days (Monday-Friday). Please keep in mind that customized items can take longer as we are striving to provide the highest quality. We do have an increase in shipping times during peak seasons and around holidays. If you have questions about your shipment you can reach our team via the email from your original order receipt. 

Please note: These products are intended as toys, not collector's items. Minor shelf wear or packaging imperfections may be present.

Some items are made-to-order and will typically ship in 7-10 business days.

All orders are final. There are no returns or exchanges on custom decorated apparel. Shipments are made weekly.
